I am strongly passionate about the creation of Abstract art. I love to put my heart and soul into each piece, using color, brushstrokes and sometimes the palette knife to express my deepest thoughts and truest emotions. Experimentation and spontaneity are both very important to me and are a typical part of my process. I was quite fortunate to grow up with a highly artistic, wonderfully creative mother. She drew and painted like an old master, designed and sewed high-end fashions, decorated our home like a celebrated interior designer, and used every possible opportunity to live authentically as a creative woman. Under her nurturing I received tremendous inspiration and undying support to really develop my own artistic freedom. I studied at Boston University where I broadened my experience and knowledge and developed a wide variety of techniques in creative expression.
