I was born in Providence, Rhode Island USA. My Mother went to the Rhode Island School of Design. I began doing art and writing poetry when I was Five years old. My Parents had many artists for friends. I obtained my BA and Master’s Degree in New York City. While in NYC I studied at the Art Student’s League with Robert Beverly Hale and Dee Davis of Adventures In Crafts a well known Découpage supply store and Découpage Studio. I had numerous art shows in the cafe’s in Chelsea, NYC. I lived in NYC for thirty years. For the past twenty three years I have lived in Sarasota, Florida with my life partner of thirty three years. My art comes from the gut or the intestines.
