I grew up in Rome where I was exposed to classical art since early age. Then I moved to the US in the early eighties and I became deeply influenced by American art and culture. After over twenty years in the US, nine years ago I moved to India where I now live and work. My main interest is the interaction of human beings with the phenomenal environment they are trapped in. My work is mainly abstract because it lexically conveys emotional and unrestrained phycological states, which would be otherwise deprived of their beauty and flow. Figure related elements though may appear. Through this process, I represent a multitude of experiences by giving different aspects of the current human condition.
